the staff was helpful recommending nearby restaurants and directing us there. breakfast was good plus the staff were attentive. the room was clean and modern.
i was in the shower when a housekeeper entered the room at 9.28am. i have filed a complaint about this incident. i am still waiting for management to contact me about preventative measures.

I found the staff to be helpful, especially ali at reception. He quickly emailed the invoices i needed. the hotel rooms are very clean. i also found the beds to be quite comfortable, a big plus. breakfast offered a nice selection of foods, so i was happy.
finding parking near the hotel was tricky. there is limited parking on site, somewhat inconvenient, especially with luggage.

i got a ticket while unloading bags. this area is difficult for parking. i would avoid driving if possible since parking is inconvenient.
